“Tricia joined us at our offices today to discuss using nutrition to reduce stress and anxiety during Mental Health Awareness Week. It was a very informative and personable presentation, with endless takeaways. Tricia engaged the room, and shared a variety of tips that suited majority, with some wonderful recipes to take home.
I believe there is a stigma that nutritionists don’t allow balance, and frown upon “junk foods”, but Tricia was good natured and non-discriminatory.”
