“Tricia joined us at our offices today to discuss using nutrition to reduce stress and anxiety during Mental Health Awareness Week. It was a very informative and personable presentation, with endless takeaways. Tricia engaged the room, and shared a variety of tips that suited majority, with some wonderful recipes to take home.

I believe there is a stigma that nutritionists don’t allow balance, and frown upon “junk foods”, but Tricia was good natured and non-discriminatory.”

Feedback on Stress Talk

I saw Tricia for nutritional advice because as a GP myself,  I felt I was at the end of my “ medical” options trying to manage my chronic Migraine. I also wanted to lose weight as I was unable to exercise . I found her manner, advice and knowledge quite exceptional. She is warm and kind and an excellent listener, and is also very practical and realistic regarding nutritional advice. She spends a long time getting to understand your specific issues and does a lot of background work. Her recipes are amazing and in the one month that I ate “her way” I lost 2.5 kg without actually dieting. I was stunned! Due to my migraines it has been a difficult journey, but her approach is excellent and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She does not count calories but rather encourages eating very well when you can. This is all based on her extensive understanding of food.  I have learnt a lot from her and still use her recipes and tips to minimise my migraine days, and to maintain my weight. I’m truly grateful for her help!
