Tricia Lowe LLB Dip NT mBANT CNHC was a guest at our recent charity lunch where she spoke about the benefits of healthy eating. The talk was tailored for our age group and was very interesting and informative. Tricia also shared some recipes to back up her information. Tricia spoke for a good half an hour but could have spoken for much longer. There followed questions from the floor which were all addressed.  The event was a huge success with excellent feedback from guests. We would not hesitate to recommend Tricia and would certainly consider using her again and indeed for a private consultation.
